Lise Arsenault has been a Structural Engineer Technology for over 20 years.
She started her Real Estate investment in 2019, when she built her own basement apartment, for her daughter and herself, and became a landlord by renting the main floor of her house.

Her life partner and her, just purchase a broken down cottage by the East Coast where they spend their free time renovating it on their own.
